Eligibility
Scope
Member safety is at the core of our services. It's for this reason that we have and enforce strict eligibility policies which all members must adhere to upon joining. Furthermore, we allow members who fail to meet these policies to submit an ECR form, which is physically checked and approved or denied.
Criteria

Any persons who wish to utilise the services must be between the ages of 13 and 16.

Any persons who wish to utilise our services must personally know a member of Management Team to access our services. It is at the discretion of the CEO to apply any further checks, such as but not limited to, online meetings with any person who wishes to utilise our services (of which you may be questioned in a casual environment).

You must own a verified Microsoft Account that is linked with a license to any copy of Minecraft Bedrock (iOS/Android/Windows 10 or higher/Xbox/PlayStation/Nintendo Switch). In some cases, you may need to purchase separate passes with your console to access online services (Luxven is an online service).
Exigent Circumstances Review (ECR)
In some cases, you may be required to submit an Exigent Circumstances Review (ECR) form to be able to join our services. If:

​You have been permanently excluded from our services (ban) and wish to rejoin (more commonly known as a ban appeal).
and/or
-
You do not fall within our required age range (13-16), but are close in age to those listed (e.g. 12).
then you will need to submit an ECR.
